Who we are

VDOIT LLC ("VDOIT", "we", "us") is a digital marketing agency at 11113 Kernville Ave, Kernville, CA 93238. This policy explains what personal information we collect on vdoitnow.com and in our client work, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions go to sales@vdoitnow.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver our services and run our business.

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company, website, and anything you write in a contact form, free audit request or booking. If you share ad account or analytics access for an audit, we use it only for that work.
  • Booking details. When you schedule a discovery call, we collect your name, email, time zone and the answers you give on the booking form.
  • Purchase information. If you buy a plan online, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, billing details, order details and a payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Client account information. If you become a client, we handle the business and customer data needed to run your campaigns, under our service agreement with you.

How we use it

  • Respond to enquiries and deliver the audit, call or plan you asked for.
  • Provide, bill for and support our services.
  • Send you emails about your enquiry, our services and marketing insights. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Measure and improve site performance and our own advertising.
  • Protect the site, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. We use the Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags and LinkedIn tags to measure ad performance and show our ads to people who have visited our site. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed and actions taken. The companies behind them process that data under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based ads through your Google, Meta and LinkedIn ad settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for those services:

  • Website hosting and email delivery providers.
  • Form, scheduling and CRM tools, including Fluent Forms, Calendly and GoHighLevel.
  • Stripe, for payment processing.
  • Google, Meta and LinkedIn, through the analytics and advertising tags described above.
  • Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.
  • A buyer or successor if VDOIT is involved in a merger or sale of the business.

Email marketing

If you give us your email address, we may send you follow-up and marketing emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. You can also write to us and we will remove you.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not become client work are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, and you can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you these rights:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share.
  • Access a copy of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Our advertising tags may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. To opt out, email us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share".
  • Not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

In the past 12 months we have collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information (purchases and enquiries), internet or network activity (pages viewed, interactions), and professional information (company and role). We disclosed them to the service providers and advertising partners listed above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

To make a request, email sales@vdoitnow.com. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

Other U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and other states with privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. Email us to use them. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and you may contact your state attorney general if you are unhappy with the outcome.

Canadian residents

If you are in Canada, we handle your personal information in line with PIPEDA and applicable provincial law. By giving us your information you consent to the uses in this policy, and you can withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits. You can ask to access or correct your information, and you can complain to us or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we and our service providers operate, where it may be accessible to courts and authorities under local law.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track and browser signals

Some browsers send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Where the law requires us to honor a signal, we do. Otherwise, our site may not respond to them.

Links to other sites

Our site links to third-party sites, including social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
