Traffic, storefront and acquisition scaled together for a Pakistani fashion label — every metric up year on year.

Kiara is a Pakistani fashion label selling direct to customers on Shopify. Fashion e-commerce is brutally competitive on price and delivery, and the category punishes brands that scale traffic without fixing what happens when that traffic lands.
That is the trap most stores fall into. Buying more sessions is easy; buying more sessions that convert at the same rate is not, and a store that cannot hold its conversion rate simply pays more for every order as it grows.
VDOIT scaled traffic, storefront and acquisition as one piece of work. Paid campaigns brought volume, but the storefront was rebuilt alongside them — collection structure, product pages and the checkout path — so the extra sessions had somewhere worth landing.
The proof is in the shape of the numbers. Sessions rose 334% while conversion rate went up 28% rather than down, and orders grew 453% — faster than traffic. The store got better at selling at the same time as it got bigger.
Over the trailing year that produced PKR 82,541,365 in total sales, up 584% year on year, from 10,421 orders and 923,594 sessions.
